    The tool measures the target populations’ knowledge and expertise based on five domains and 37 competencies. The model is based on IIL’s Subject Matter Expertise and incorporates elements from PMI and IPMA.
  • Proficiency Levels
    There are five behavior-based proficiency levels defined in the model: No knowledge, Basic understanding behaviors, working experience behaviors, extensive experience behaviors, and SME depth and breadth behaviors.
  • Assessment of Competencies
    The framework is comprised of one statement with five answer options for each of the 37 competencies. The answers are written as statements to assist in self-identification.
  • End-User Report: Individual results lead to organizational benefits
    Once the assessment results have been compiled, an individual assessment report will be generated.
