As 2011 draws to a close, the global financial situation remains tenuous. Organizations continue to try and do more with less, and there is an increased demand for higher-level skills in strategic leadership, Project and Program Management, Business Analysis, Risk Management, Information Technology and Lean Six Sigma.

The 193% increase in e-book sales from 2009 to 2010 and record numbers of tablets, smartphones and 4G devices are just a few signs of the progressive migration, across industries, toward the virtual space.
