IIL's courses in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®), Management of Risk (M_o_R®) and Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®) are all run in partnership with AFA, an APMG Accredited Training Organization for the three methodologies. MSP, M_o_R and P3O are all part of the Best Practice Guidance portfolio published by the Cabinet Office.
MSP, M_o_R and P3O Courses
MSP Foundation and Practitioner
This unique four-day course combines the Foundation and Practitioner levels of MSP best practices in programme management. You will learn MSP principles and processes for use when managing programmes and be prepared to earn both MSP credentials.
M_o_R Foundation
Increased focus on corporate governance has highlighted the need for more formalized approaches to risk management. This course examines risk from different perspectives within an organization and prepares you to earn your entry-level M_o_R qualification.
M_o_R Practitioner
In this course, you will develop Practitioner-level risk management techniques and gain a deeper understanding of risk management maturity and risk specialisms. You will also be prepared to take the M_o_R Practitioner exam and earn that credential.
P3O Foundation
This course will give you a good overview of P3O guidance, bringing together a set of principles, processes and techniques to facilitate effective portfolio, programme and project management through enablement, challenge and support structures.
P3O Practitioner
In this course, you will gain Practitioner-level knowledge of the P3O model, which provides a decision enabling and delivery support structure for all change within an organization. You will also be fully equipped to take the P3O Practitioner exam and earn that credential.
