About Business Analysis

Business analysts (BA) are continuously involved in communications with stakeholders, requirements gathering, facilitation, writing, business process improvement, testing and business case development. We offer a curriculum that hones all aspects of the skills BA’s need to be effective at their jobs. All programs are 2-day classroom or 12-hour live eLearning, except where noted. They are also available onsite at a location of your choice and can be tailored to meet your specific needs.
