We are looking for trainers to deliver our new and expanding Business Analysis curriculum. Your role will primarily be leading and facilitating IIL’s Business Analyst courses in both the ‘real’ and ‘virtual’ classroom environment. You will be required to deliver courses both in a public setting and an on-site setting for our large corporate clients. Your role will also include contributing to the on-going development of IIL’s Business Analyst courseware via feedback to our Course Development team based on your experiences within the classroom environment.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst trainer and have:

• 7-10 years of practical, real-world experience in the role of a Business Analyst
• 5 years previous classroom training and delivery experience
• An in-depth understanding of the IIBA Body Of Knowledge
• Highly developed facilitator/trainer skills with a proven track record of success within the classroom
• Good business sense and an ability to share relevant personal experiences of Business Analyst skills you’ve applied
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially the spoken voice
• The ability to connect with course participants
• The ability to communicate and connect with an international audience.
