IIL Brasil is looking for a results-producing, energetic Project Management Subject Matter Expert/Business Development. PM Certification (e.g. PMP) a plus.

Position is selling into companies with focus on public seminars, onsite and eLearning virtual classroom training.

Candidate must have excellent proposal writing, listening and other communication skills. Must have serious track record of closing deals and be able to represent company at industry trade shows and sales presentations (therefore must be presentable and knowledgeable). Must be able to write and speak English fluently. The successful candidate must be a full-time employee of IIL Brasil, Sao Paulo.

Company is in the industry-leading position to give customers what they want in terms of blended learning (classroom, virtual classroom, internet based training, multi-media learning products). Candidate should have understanding of a variety of learning approaches and technologies and must live in Sao Paulo, Brasil. Must have excellent contacts in Sao Paulo to present IIL’s training services to.

Salary
Base salary plus bonus; the bonus amount is based on success of company.
