Dr. Harold Kerzner (Ph.D., MS, Engineering and MBA) is Senior Executive Director with International Institute for Learning, Inc.. He is an expert in the areas of project management and strategic planning and is the author of best-selling project management textbooks: Project Management: A Systems Approach to Planning, Scheduling, and Controlling (now in its ninth edition), In Search of Excellence in Project Management, Applied Project Management and Strategic Planning for Project Management Using a Project Management Maturity Model.

Michael has over 20 years international experience working in the petroleum industry. In June of 2001 he joined Damus Limited where he currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer, as well as being a member of the Board of Directors. Michael is a founding member of the Project Management Institute, Southern Caribbean Chapter, and is currently the President of the Board of Directors. Michael has presented several technical papers on the practical aspects of managing projects in the local Mechanical Engineering Industry.
