Inside Sales Position

Summary:  International Institute for Learning (IIL) (www.iil.com), is led by a visionary woman who has established three core values of integrity, intelligence and innovation for the companies throughout the world.  We are a global leader in training and consulting in the areas of: Project, Portfolio and Program Management (including interpersonal skills); Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, Microsoft Office Project 2007. 

IIL is seeking an Extraordinary Salesperson for our rapidly growing London office in the West End.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Calls prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered.
  • Informs current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
  • Occasional trade show, seminar or conference participation.
  • Quotes prices and encourages customers to buy.
  • Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Develops lists of prospects from city and telephone directories, trade and professional association membership lists, and other public records.
  • Prepares report on sales activities.

  • Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Monitors own work to ensure quality.         

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Candidate must have 2-3 years’ sales experience, excellent writing, listening and other communications skills.  Must live in close proximity of London.
Remuneration: Guaranteed base salary of £18,000.00 per annum plus incentive.
