Overview
PRINCE2 is a structured, process-based approach for project management, providing an easily-tailored and scaleable methodology for the management of all types of projects. Published by the Office of Government and Commerce, PRINCE2 is a standard frequently used for project management in the UK. It is also used extensively in more than 150 countries worldwide, with over 20,000 organizations benefitting from its powerful approach.
