Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate Program
Driving Management by Fact
Black Belts are at the core of every Six Sigma implementation. As project managers of the bite size, high-impact Six Sigma project, Black Belts drive process improvement with root cause identification and elimination of defects. In addition, they serve as key agents of the cultural change in a Six Sigma organization. This learning series is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, techniques and tools necessary to successfully fulfill the Black Belt role and complete a Six Sigma project, carefully selected to provide real world practice. This course is delivered through a blend of traditional classroom, 16-days spread over 4 months (4 x 4 consecutive days) and eLearning platform (introduction and coaching).

Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Program
Management by Fact
Green Belt is not just a role, it is also a competency required for leadership positions at many top companies. This learning series is designed to enable participants to fulfill the important role of a Six Sigma Green Belt and to incorporate the Six Sigma mindset into their leadership skills. With a real-world project focus the series will teach the fundamental methodology, tools and techniques of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control Process Improvement Methodology. This course is delivered through Sixteen 3-hour online sessions or Eight traditional classroom days spread over two months (2x4 consecutive days).

The Fundamentals of Six Sigma
Build a Knowledge Base of the Facets of Six Sigma
This course is designed to instill an in-depth understanding of Six Sigma and a clear sense of what is required to define high-impact improvement projects, establish Six Sigma measurements and complete Six Sigma projects using the systematic and proven Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology. This course is delivered through four 3-hour online sessions or two traditional classroom days.

Experiencing Six Sigma
Learn the Value of Six Sigma Process Improvement
This one day, highly interactive learning experience will demonstrate the power behind the most potent quality improvement methodology in decades. Six Sigma is not only about process improvement.
