It will also prepare individuals to pass the IIBA® Certification exam to become a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®). IIL recommends the Business Analysis Certificate Program (BACP) courses are taken in the order shown above – although it is not required.  IIL also offers Effecting Business Process Improvement, Developing the Business Case and Assuring Quality Through Acceptance Testing which are not part of the (BACP) but can be taken at any time.  The Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) is a useful accompaniment to the BACP Program.  Prior to taking the program we recommend that you download a copy of the BABOK® from www.theiiba.org.
Who Should Attend
You should attend if you work as a Business Analyst, define and manage requirements through the development cycle, elicit information from stakeholders to define requirements, solve business problems, define business problems or analyze business processes.

If you are a project manager, operations manager, systems analyst, quality assurance analyst or marketing associate, you may be performing a role of a Business Analyst and could also benefit from this program.
