Microsoft® Office Project and Project Server 2003 Overview

IIL offers 4 levels of expertise in Microsoft® Project 2003: White Belt, Orange Belt, Blue Belt and Black Belt. If you are new to MS Project, get started with the White Belt certification. If you use MS Project on a regular basis, start by earning the Orange Belt certification which guarantees that you can make a good schedule of a single project. Then earn the Blue Belt certification that certifies that you have a good working knowledge of managing multiple projects. You may then take the Black Belt course to attain the Masters Certificate in MS Project which certifies that you are an advanced MS Project user capable of customizing MS Project to your own specifications.

Role-Based Enterprise Project Management Curriculum
These role-based EPM courses are ideal for preparing organizations and personnel to use the Project Server environment in a manner that is consistent with their role and responsibilities within your organization. As you deploy the EPM environment, this training can be conducted in parallel with the implementation phases, enabling you to train new users and increase functionality over time.

Many Methods of Learning
For the convenience of our customers, most courses are delivered in a variety of ways, including: live eLearning, traditional classroom (public and onsite) and self-study. The content is the same regardless of delivery method.

Onsite Training and Consulting
If you have a group of 12 or more employees to train, any course can be presented at the location of your choice. Save money, eliminate travel, and get a program that is completely tailored to your organization's needs. Onsite training is a cost-effective way to make sure your team gets the training they need in a focused and tailored way. All participants come away with the consistent message, skills and concepts needed to improve their performance.
