International Institute for Learning, Inc (IIL) is pleased to announce its strategic involvement with Microsoft in the planning and development of the Microsoft Office Project 2007 Credential and Curriculum Program. IIL has been selected to develop the learning materials for the Microsoft Official Curriculum designed to prepare candidates to successfully complete the certification exams.
What are the certifications?
The Microsoft Office Project and Project Server 2007 User Certification is a professional certification program designed to support project management professionals seeking to quantify their proficiencies in the use of Microsoft Office Project and Project Server 2007 to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close projects, programs and portfolios.

How will students prepare for the Microsoft Office Project and Project Server 2007 certification exams?
Microsoft has no training requirements prior to taking exams and there are no pre-requisites. One can take any exam at any time. However, training will certainly help to ensure that you will be able to pass the exams. These are competency-based exams. IIL will be one of many organizations that are creating and offering courses to enable individuals to prepare for the new Microsoft Office Project and Project Server Certification exams.
Are credentials dependent of each other?
The two Technology Specialist certifications can be achieved independently of each other. However, both Technology Specialist certifications are required to achieve the IT Professional certification.
