a sense of the product's capabilities.
Our model consists of five levels of maturity. Users are asked a series
of questions at each level. After responding to the questions the results
are instantly tabulated. Users are provided with an overall score for that
level and an interpretation of their results. They are given specific
recommendations on how to proceed to the next level of
project maturity
(what needs to done differently than is
being done now). The tool allows a blind-comparison of
results to others who have taken this assessment.
