Sales Policy
Prior to your purchase of the Project Management Certificate Program, we recommend that you read the following carefully.
Prepayment is required - Access to the program or individual module(s) is granted only after payment is received in full. Upon receipt of payment, an email will be sent to you containing a link to the program along with your unique Username and Password.
Account Duration – Your account will close 270 days after the date you first use your Username and Password to access the program or individual module(s).
Account Sharing – The permission to use the product lies strictly with one person. Accounts are not transferable. If account activity indicates multiple users, the account will be closed and no refund will be given.
Refunds Policy – A cancellation received up to one (1) business day after the first login to the full program or individual module(s) is fully refundable. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire product fee ($1,750), which you may apply toward a future e-Learning or Classroom course or product at IIL for a one year period.
