4. Does the UPMM™ PM Guide apply to all types of project?
The UPMM™ Project Management Guide offers help for successfully managing both small and medium project types. Small projects typically entail less formal documentation and fewer discrete steps in the project management process. These projects are generally short in duration, low in cost and may require resources from one or at most a few groups. The short duration and lesser degree of complexity make it possible to manage these projects with fewer checkpoints and documents. Medium projects typically involve a greater degree of complexity and are of greater duration and cost.
