Harold Kerzner (Ph.D., MS, Engineering and MBA) is Senior Executive Director with International Institute for Learning, Inc. and Professor of Systems Management at Baldwin-Wallace College. He is an expert in the areas of project management, total quality management, and strategic planning. Dr. Kerzner is the author of the best-selling textbooks: Project Management: A Systems Approach to Planning, Scheduling, and Controlling, now in its ninth edition, In Search of Excellence in Project Management, Applied Project Management and Strategic Planning for Project Management Using a Project Management Maturity Model.
   
   

George Pitagorsky (PMP) is Senior Advisor of Enterprise Solutions at IIL. He specializes in project management, information technology, productivity and quality improvement, systems requirements and organizational change management. He is listed in Who’s Who as an expert in Quality Operations & Quality Improvement, and is the author of IIL’s IT Project Management System, developer of IIL’s PM BASICS™, and headed the team that created Unified Project Management® Methodology (UPMM™).

   

Rodolfo Ambriz (Civil Engineer, PMP) is Managing Director of IIL Mexico, S.A. de C.V., responsible of corporate business in Latin America. He has extensive experience in project management consulting and training, mostly in large projects in Mexico as well as in other Latin America countries. He was President of the PMI® Mexico Chapter in 1998 and 1999, PMI® Latin America Director of Regional Advocacy 2002, PMI® PMBOK® 3rd Ed. Spanish translation committee member, speaker and panelist in different PMI Global Congresses, and currently REP Advisory Group Member since 2005. He is also professor in La Salle University in Mexico City.

   
Anne Foley (Master Black Belt and PMP) is Director of Six Sigma, International Institute for Learning, Inc. Prior to joining IIL, Anne served as a Master Black Belt at General Electric Travel Center where she successfully completed over 16 projects, mentored black belts and conducted black belt and green belt training for five plus years. She also worked with Six Sigma Academy. Anne is a member of ASQ and PMI®.
   

Harry Rever (CSSBB, CQM, CQC, MBA, PMP) is a Director of Six Sigma for International Institute for Learning, Inc. He has over 16 years experience in the field of process improvement and Six Sigma. Prior to joining IIL, Harry served as an internal process improvement consultant for Southwestern Bell Telephone, SBC, and AT&T. He is especially adept at applying multivariable testing to service processes to determine what improvement ideas actually do help results. Harry is a senior member of ASQ.

   

Cindy Lewis (MBA, PMP, MCITP) is Director, Microsoft EPM Training and Consulting of Microsoft EPM at IIL. Her project management experience covers numerous IT projects specializing in company-wide systems implementation and corporate learning centers. Cindy has also been a respected adult educator for over 15 years and a world-wide speaker on Microsoft Project at numerous PMI and Microsoft events. Recently she was selected as a subject matter expert by Microsoft to help create the exam objectives for the new professional certification: Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007. She is actively involved in MPA and the Western Michigan Chapter of PMI, where she served on the board numerous times including VP of Education.

   

Maureen McVey (CBAP™) is Director of Business Analysis with International Institute for Learning, Inc. (IIL) She has been a Business Analyst for ten years and has worked in the IT industry since 1984. Working with fortune 1000 companies McVey has consulted in many industries including, Insurance, Finance, Government and Telecommunications. She has extensive experience in the field of organizational training in SAP as well as the Capability Maturity Model. McVey has designed organizational performance environments including a curriculum for Business Analysts and a BA simulation. In that capacity, she has enabled over 500 Business Analysts to further their careers in the IT area.

   

John Winter (B.Ed., Dip.Ed., R.S.A.) is the Vice President responsible for Program Development at IIL. Since 1987, he has worked in the learning and development functions of financial, multinational organizations, both in the United States and United Kingdom. John’s work has ranged across diverse topics, from developing and coaching individuals’ interpersonal and leadership skills to implementing enterprise-wide change initiatives. He has also led and successfully grown a corporate university for a major Fortune 100 Company. John received his Bachelor’s degree in educational theory and practice from the University of London. He is also the recipient of the prestigious British Royal Society of Arts’ Diploma for the Use of Computers in Education.

   
Francisco Ambriz (Industrial Engineer, PMP) has been a project manager and consultant with professional experience in the implementation of project management methodologies for oil companies (PEMEX) and total productive maintenance for large international manufacturing companies (Unilever). Has experience in the coordination and control of company personnel, to achieve cultural changes within organizations.
   
Frank T. Anbari (Ph.D., MS, Engineering, MBA, P.E., and PMP) has developed and taught courses and provided consulting services in project management, quality management and reengineering. He was an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award from 1993 to 1995.
   

Luis Arroyo Yllanes (Civil Engineer, PMP) is a tenured professor at the School of Engineering at the Universidad La Salle with over 20 years project management experience in the construction industry. He is one of the founding partners of EMSI and EMSI Profesionistas Asociados, and is an active member of the Mexico City PMI Chapter. He has worked since 1999 at International Institute for Learning México as instructor and senior consultant.

   

Charlie Ashmore (PMP), a trainer and consultant for IIL, has 25+ years experience in project management as a business owner, consultant, and project manager. Although Charlie has successfully managed many multi-million dollar projects through his own project management firm, he now focuses on PM and Microsoft Project training/consulting, delivering these services across many different industries.

   
Michael G. Aston (PMP) has over 35 years experience in Project Management, Business Process and Information Systems fields. Assignments have ranged over a number of industries including Banking, Insurance, Heavy Engineering, Automotive, Utilities, Manufacturing, Marketing, Pharmaceutical, Computing, Foundry, Electronics, Mining, and Process.
   
Robert F. Baim (MBA, BS Engineering, PMP, CCE) is an executive consultant with over 23 years of cross-disciplinary project management experience. He has proven capabilities in the integration and strengthening of technical, business, and organizational activities within both Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial endeavors.
   
A.C. “Fred” Baker (PMP, MBA) He has held a variety of engineering, management and consulting positions with three electric utility companies. Mr. Baker was on the Review Committee for the most recent update of the PMBOK® Guide. He was also a founding member and past president of the North Carolina chapter of PMI®, and a recipient of PMI’s Distinguished Service Award.
   

B.D. Barnes (Ph.D., P.E., PMP) has a broad range of practical, front-line experience in project management, e.g., in a general management consulting firm in the rapidly changing electric and gas utility industry and on the Board of Directors for Training for a Fortune 250 automotive parts supplier, and extensive experience working with Motorola University.

   

Carl Belack (PMP, BS, MA, MPh) has over 20 years of experience as project manager and consultant. His focus for the past few years has been directed at enterprise project management, helping organizations to control project costs, identify and prioritize project portfolios, ensure cross-functional activity integration throughout the project cycle, maximize project resource utilization, manage project change, and seamlessly transition project results to steady-state operation.

   

Douglas B. Boebinger (PMP) is a senior consultant with IIL who has over 20 years of project management experience, with a focus on PMO implementation, Process re-engineering, as well as Microsoft Project implementation and customization. Mr. Boebinger has lent his project management expertise to the automotive and construction industries and has been a process improvement consultant at a Fortune 500 company.

   
Paul Bosakowski (PMP) has over 30 years of project management and controls experience in both owner and contractor roles in the refining, nuclear, mining, mineral processing, telecommunications, aerospace, and general contracting industries. Mr. Bosakowski has also provided consulting expertise to global corporations and other government and private entities.
   
George Bridges (PMP) is a Senior Consultant and trainer for IIL. George specializes in project management, risk management, information technology and business process analysis. With over 30 years of experience, George has successfully applied project management, systems and operations research for major corporations and non-profit organizations. George is past president of the PMI Great Lakes Chapter.
   
Sharon Brown (PMP, CBA, Six Sigma Master Black Belt) has an extensive background in IT project management and software/hardware deployment. In addition to her work as an instructor, consultant, and course development subject matter expert she has built a successful consumer product manufacturing business for her company, Halcyon Enterprise Inc. Brown is also a Faculty Advisor and Contract Trainer for leading learning institutions and international clients
   

Eoin Callan (MBA, PMP) has over 15 years of practical application of disciplined project management. His business experience includes varied industrial expertise such as call centers large and small, financial services firms, direct mail efforts, pharmaceutical companies, software manufacturers, market research ventures, medical research, journalism/public relations and training.

   

Jesus Campos (MBA, CPIM, CIRM, C.P.M, CPAM, PMP, CQIA, and CEI) is an International consultant, speaker and facilitator. His professional experience of more than 20 years covers consulting and managerial responsibilities for manufacturing and service companies. He is an expert on the areas of Negotiation, Supply Chain and Project Management.

   
Marc Desrumaux (PMP, AFITEP) is a Senior Consultant and Trainer with IIL France. Marc brings vast project and risk management experience having managed large projects for over 25 years for large multinational firms in the Telecom, Pharmaceutical, Automotive and Engineering industries. He is the current chapter president of PMI Paris Ile-de-France. He holds Engineering degrees from the Ecole des Mines and the Institut National des Sciences et Techniques Nucléaires.
   
Ismael Diaz (Industrial Engineer, MBA, PMP) is a project management consultant with IIL Mexico. He has extensive experience in managing projects for some government entities and private companies in industries as diverse as insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, aviation and petroleum. He has worked as consultant for GNP, PEMEX, Red Uno, Mexicana Airlines among others.
   

Amro Elakkad (M.Sc./Project Management and Construction Management, PMP) has over 20 years experience in the IT, financial, engineering, education and government industries. Over the course of his career, he has implemented, managed and coordinated programs and projects exceeding $17 billion in value. He has special expertise in Global Project Management, Troubled Projects, Risk Management, Scheduling and Estimation. Amro has served on the board of directors for two international PMI-SIGs and has published papers and articles in project management related conferences and magazines.

   

Jean-Claude Dravet (PMP) is a Senior Consultant and Trainer for IIL in Project Management. He has over 25 years experience managing large projects at executive level. He holds an Engineering degree from “Ecole Centrale de Nantes” and is on the distinguished faculty of the George Washington University, holding five Project Management Certificates. He is the founder and current President of PMI France-Sud Chapter.

   
Fred Frendo (JD, Law; BA, Mathematics; PMP) has been a project management trainer and consultant for over 15 years. He has more than 20 years of project management experience in the IT industry and has taught PMP® certification classes to several hundred students for a wide variety of clients including the Great Lakes Chapter of PMI®. Fred has also facilitated several intact team planning sessions. He is a member of ASQ and PMI®.
   

Ralf Friedrich (PMP, ACC, CPCC) has more than 15 years of global experience in leadership, conflict and intercultural management, coaching and team development in civil and military aviation, telecommunications, IT, energy and utilities and professional services in the US, Switzerland, Poland, Taiwan, UK, Belgium and Luxembourg. Mr. Friedich was a program manager for the first release of OPM3® and is a speaker at PMI, ASTD, ICF, and IAL international conferences.

   
Ardi Ghorashy (M.Sc., PMP) brings 24 years of experience in business operations consulting services. Mr. Ghorashy specializes in Project Management, Methodology & PMO consulting, and new product development processes. He has trained over 4,000 managers worldwide in project management, risk management, MS Project, leadership, portfolio management and finance in industries as diverse as banking and trust, insurance and reinsurance, manufacturing, telecommunication, software development, and retail.
   
Guy Grindborg (PMP) is a Senior Consultant with International Institute for Learning, Inc. His project management background includes Customer Service Projects for Ericsson in Sweden and the US, as well as TQM and other improvement projects in many different countries. He developed a Corporate Project Management Certification Program for Ericsson as well as introduced Competence Modeling for Project, Sales and Technical Sales.
   

Thomas Grisham (BE, MBA, Doctor of Project Management, PMP, PE) has over 36 years of Project Management experience in 53 countries on projects in the power, infrastructure, transportation, education, commercial, communications, manufacturing, business development, and dispute resolution sectors. He also has over 11 years of research and teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and in the for-profit and executive education sectors.

   
 
   

Robert S. Johnston (Ph.D., MBB, MS) Senior Consultant of Six Sigma at IIL, brings over a decade of collaborative experience across a broad spectrum of business, science, engineering, and manufacturing. He believes in a hands-on approach to problem solving, and has spent a substantial amount of time “in the trenches” getting to know the people and the processes involved.

   
Mario Landa (Civil Engineer, PMP) is Project Manager for IIL México. He has extensive experience in project management in Mexico, Spain and other Latin America countries. He has successfully planned and deployed Microsoft® Project Server to many industry leading organizations and trained hundreds of project managers and stakeholders in the use of the tool and supporting business processes.
   
Max Langosco (Economist, PMP) is a trainer, coach and consultant for Project Management practices and processes.
He has spent 10 years in International Project Management in the Americas, Europe and the UAE with over 3 billion US$ in cumulated project value. Max specializes in risk management, earned value management, procurement and subcontractor management, bidding and tendering as well as start-up experience in very challenging and high pressure situations.
   
Linda Lawlor (PMP 

Robert S. Johnston as well as set up project offices internationally for both government and the private sector organizations. Linda is a member of the PMI® and Microsoft® Project Users' Group (MPUG).

   
Yannick Le Pogam (PMP, PgMP) has 10 years of global experience in program and project management, leadership and coaching in the telecommunications, IT and manufacturing industries. Yannick was a team member of the program for the first release of OPM3® and has participated to PMO creation. He is a consultant and trainer for IIL and is a speaker at PMI conferences
   

Mike Levesque (PMP, BSc) brings over twenty years’ of experience as both project manager and instructor to International Institute for Learning, Inc. He has successfully planned and executed multi-million dollar projects using his knowledge of developing PM methodologies, critical chain project management, resource management, organizational dynamics, change management and instructional system design.

   

Ed Lively (MBA, PMP, APMC) is a Senior Consultant and Trainer with IIL. Ed has over 20 years experience in finance, banking, technology and consulting. He has managed the deployment of Microsoft® Project Server and has established/managed several Project Management Offices. Ed is a member of PMI and MPA, the Official Organization for Microsoft® Office Project.

   

Yee-Chang Low (MBA, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ)) has more than 19 years of multi-disciplinary experience gained from the IT, Business Consulting and Global Supply Chain Operations. Some of his high profile work includes Global Project Management Office, IT Competency Centres, Online Support Centre, and numerous Performance Improvement projects. Yee Chang has delivered Project Management and Leadership programs to clients across the Asia Pacific region.

   
Keith MacMillan (PMP) brings a totally integrated background to project management instruction with experience as a college educator, business owner, analyst, project management consultant and trainer. He has delivered workshops on PM Fundamentals, PM for IT Professionals, and Implementing Project Management using MS Project. He was one of the founding members and President of PMI®, Western Idaho Chapter.
   
Harry Mingail (PMP, CBAP, B.Math, MBA) has 25 years experience in consulting, seminars and workshops in program/project, interim management, process analysis and strategic planning for a wide variety of industries. He has authored books (Project Management Entrepreneuring as well as Business Information Technology Strategic Planning), delivered speaking engagements and published many articles including two years as a columnist on the topic of project management.
   
Ana Luz Montejano (Architect, PMP) is Business Developer Director at IIL Mexico. During her 18-year business career, she has successfully managed several construction projects and established PMOs in Latin America. She is an International Consultant, Speaker and Facilitator. She was the Financial Vice President of the PMI Chapter in Mexico from 1998 to 2003.
   
Jean-François Morvan (MS Project Expert, Microsoft® MVP & IIL Master Black Belt Certified) is a Senior Consultant and Trainer with IIL France. His experience encompasses over 13 years of Information Systems implementation including a variety of project planning tools. Jean-François has successfully deployed Microsoft Project and trained hundreds of project managers and team members for large multinationals such as Galderma, Air Liquide, Pechiney, Caterpillar and Thales.
   
D.W. Nesper (BS, Quantitative Analysis, PMP, BPM) is a Senior Consultant with International Institute for Learning, Inc. He has extensive experience in managing projects for major technology companies. He is a certified trainer for PMI®, preparing candidates for certification.

   
Lynne Poffenroth (PMP) is a Senior Consultant with International Institute for Learning Canada. She has over 25 years of experience successfully managing large scale projects and organizational change initiatives for the private and public sectors. She has managed the enterprise implementation of Project Management and the development of the associated PMBOK compliant training. She was a director of PMI’s Southern Ontario Chapter from 2003 to 2005 and founder of the Public Sector Project Management Forum.
   
Russell L. Purvis (Ph.D., MBA, PMP) is an Assistant Professor in Information Systems, College of Business Administration, at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Purvis has experience in systems development and project management. As a consultant, he has implemented project management processes and systems development methodologies.
   

Terry Quananbrough (PMP, MCMI, MBCS, CITP, MNZCS, DMS) has over 25 years experience as a senior consultant / project manager, consulting services manager and program management office director in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. He was a founding member and director of the Sydney, Australia chapter of PMI® and a recipient of PMI’s Distinguished Service Award.

   

Bill Richardson (PMP) is a Senior Consultant and Trainer for IIL with over 35 years of Corporate experience , 25 of which directly involving project management in all facets – project management, program management, PMO implementation / management and project management coaching and mentoring. Bill specializes in teaching project managers how to think and communicate more effectively.

   
Raphael Ruiz (Computer Systems Engineer, PMP) is a specialist in Information Systems and Project Management. His experience encompasses over 15 years of executive level and consulting for important industrial companies and Public Sector in México. He has directed projects in IT, Public Transportation and Business Processes Reengineering. He is consultant and trainer for IIL México.
   

Frank Ryle (PMP) has almost 20 years in the construction and manufacturing industries and 10 years of practical project management experience in Europe, Asia, Russia and the United States on projects varying from 5 to 400 people and from $5 million to $1.2 billion. Frank was the designer for the new IIL Project Management Methodology.

   

Frank P. Saladis (PMP) is Senior Consultant with International Institute for Learning, Inc. He has been involved in the development of standardized Project Management Guidelines (PMGs) for the AT&T Corporate Information Technology Services (Corporate ITS) organization and is the author of the Project Evaluation Review Process (PERP).

   
Steve R. Sanders (Ph.D., BS, MSCE, PMP) has taught and conducted research in construction project management and engineering for federal and state agencies, private companies and the Construction Industry Institute. Mr. Sanders has a doctorate and a masters degree in Civil Engineering and Management, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers as well as PMI®.
   

Tom Sauerbrun (PMP) is a senior consultant with over three decades of project management experience specializing in PMO development, project planning and risk assessment, completion of fast-track projects; and turn-around of troubled projects. He has shared these experiences and practical application of principles in numerous public, private, and graduate level seminars. Thomas has served on the D/FW Chapter Board of Directors, receiving the Chapter of the Year Award in 1988.

   

Ori Schibi, a Management Consultant and Project Manager, is an 18-year veteran in project and program management, training and consulting in the areas of strategy, business continuity, pandemic planning, change management and project turnarounds in the IT, financial services, retail and telecom industries. His expertise includes customer relationship management, process improvement, system implementation rollouts and establishing program management offices. In addition to his work with IIL, he teaches adult education courses and runs workshops in the areas of Project Management, Strategic Planning, Meeting Facilitation and Business Skills at Sheridan Institute.

   

Katherine Shawver (PMP) has 30 years of business experience in information technology with a Fortune 100 company. Katherine’s professional career spans client server management, hardware and software engineering projects, and IT training – including 5 years managing enterprise-wide human resources programs in a project management office.

   

Angyne Shock-Smith (PMP) has served as an instructor and consultant for IIL since November 1998. She serves with distinction for On-Site client project teams, anchors the PM Leadership simulation program and delivers key elements of the CERT program. She also specializes in client customizations, working among the ranks of the emerging Instructional Design and Development (IDD) Division.

   
Terrell J. Smith (MPA, PMP) is a project management consultant, trainer and eLearning expert. Companies he has consulted with include Lockheed Martin, Boise Cascade, Bechtel Corporation, SBC, Tetra Pak and a variety of Federal and State agencies. His training experience has included live instructor led eLearning as well as traditional classroom training.
   

Ken Terry (PMP) is the Director of Information Technology for IIL. Ken’s project experience spans over 20 years and includes AS400 mainframe/PC integration, network hardware planning, installation and training, interim networks, and numerous telephony design and installation projects.

   

Pierre-Yves Thomas (PMP, Industrial Engineer) has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry as a consultant and trainer. With expertise in the human resource, communication and quality management areas of project management, Mr. Thomas has worked successfully in the business world (France and Spain) and academia (France). Since 2005, he has been the president of PMI France-Atlantic Chapter.

   
Nancy Tighe (MBA, BA, PMP) has over 21 years’ experience in the field of IT Project Management and Software Development & Integration. Included among the projects she's managed is a Fortune 500 company's formation of a major telecommunications global joint venture, redesigns of business support processes and restructuring projects.
   
Bob Umlas is a Microsoft® Excel MVP, a title given by Microsoft® for his ongoing contributions to the various online newsgroups. He has also been the contributing editor to the publication "Inside Microsoft® Excel", having written over 300 articles on all aspects of Excel. He co-leads the New York City's PC Excel Special Interest Group. He has authored several chapters in various Excel books on tips, tricks and array-formulas.
   

Terri Wagner (MA, PMP) is a Consultant and Trainer for IIL. She has extensive experience in Telecommunications and IT projects. She has been awarded honors for being a creative thinker with the ability to successfully apply technology for advancement of internal and external operational efficiencies and quality.

   

Wolfgang Wendl (PMP, IIL Master Black Belt) has over 10 years of consulting, training and project management experience within the information technology, telecommunications, automotive, pharmaceutical, logistics and financial services industries in EMEA and Asia. Wolfgang is applying, developing and instructing project management principles, methodologies and EPM solutions.

   

John White (MA, PMP) is a Senior Consultant and Trainer with IIL. He has over 12 years of information systems implementation and project management experience and has trained hundreds of project managers and team members in Microsoft Project Server, Project Web Access and Portfolio Analyzer. He is an active member of the Phoenix, Minnesota, Chicago, and New York PMI® Chapters and is currently the Vice President of PMI® Chicagoland Chapter.

   

Barb Wilson (MBA, PMP) has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, predominantly in managerial, decision-making roles and project management. Primary focus areas include delivery of multi-million dollar engineering and installation services projects to large, global companies and effective management of P&L. Barb has also worked on projects in information systems, life cycle management, services outsourcing and sales tracking.
