(The Fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma)
Entry level certification of foundational concepts and techniques within
Lean Six Sigma. This highly sought after skill-set starts with a prevention-oriented
mindset. Through process improvement and management by fact, participants will learn
ways to quickly remove non-value added costs and improve customer satisfaction.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Program
This learning series is designed to enable participants to fulfill the important role of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and to incorporate the Lean Six Sigma mindset into their leadership skills. With a real-world project focus the series will teach the fundamental methodology, tools and techniques of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control Process Improvement Methodology.
This course is delivered through sixteen 3-hour online sessions or eight traditional classroom days spread over two months (4x4).

50 questions after session 1 and upon completion of the course (2 exams/100 questions total) — 70% passing score for each exam

This learning series is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, techniques and tools necessary to successfully fulfill the Black Belt role and complete a Lean Six Sigma project, carefully selected to provide real world practice.
