About This Webinar
Project management teams are becoming increasingly diverse as technology continues to advance. The co-located team is being superseded by virtual teams that span time zones, borders and continents. Today’s project manager must be prepared to manage in an environment where team members may not actually meet in person during the project life cycle but may be required to work together very closely to produce project deliverables. The virtual project team presents unique challenges to the project manager and team members that require new skills and techniques to establish and maintain a high performance. He is a Project Management Professional and has been a featured presenter at the Project Management Institute’s ® Annual Symposiums, Project World seminars, PMI World Congresses, and many PMI component professional development programs. Mr. Saladis is the Chair of the PMI Education and Training Specific Interest Group and is a past president of the PMI New York City Chapter. He is also the Co-Publisher of the internationally distributed newsletter for allPM.com, a project management information portal, and a contributor to the allPM.com project management website. Mr. Saladis is the originator of International Project Management Day and has written numerous leadership and project management related articles. He was selected by PMI as Person of the year for 2006. Mr. Saladis holds a Masters Certificate in Commercial Project Management from the George Washington University.
