This Webinar
In our webinar participants are introduced to our interactive
e-learning environment and then led through a one-hour
seminar demonstrating key elements of our course content.
Attendees are encouraged to actively participate with
the instructor and will leave the seminar with a good
understanding of the course materials, availability
of on-line and live classes, and the e-learning environment.
Program Highlights
IIL’s Project Management Fundamentals course webinar
covers an overview of each of the course modules. The
topics span the major process areas of Initiating, Planning,
Executing, Controlling and Closing Projects. A selection
of slides from most modules shows the participant which
knowledge areas (such as Risk and Communications), skills,
and techniques the course emphasizes. Students will
also be introduced to the extensive exercises offered
in the class.
