Maureen McVey is Director of Business Analysis with International Institute for Learning, Inc. (IIL) She has been a Business Analyst for 10 years and has worked in the IT industry since 1984. Working with fortune 1000 companies McVey has consulted in many industries including, Insurance, Finance, Government and Telecommunications. She has extensive experience in the field of organizational training in SAP as well as the Capability Maturity Model. McVey has designed organizational performance environments including a curriculum for Business Analysts and a BA simulation. In that capacity, she has enabled over 500 Business Analysts to further their careers in the IT area..
