About the Program
Project and program managers from a broad spectrum of organizations and disciplines consistently struggle with irrational deadlines and budgets, continuous change, less than adequate support and relationship issues.

The Zen of Project Management workshop merges the art and science of Project Management with the concepts and techniques of wisdom traditions. It gives project managers and other project stakeholders the edge they need to excel in the often chaotic, high pressure world they work in. It highlights the critical inclusion of Spirit into the realm of business. The workshop is led and developed by George Pitagorsky, a master project management consultant with 30 plus years of personal experience in the practice of Yoga, Tai Chi, and meditation and the integration of these wisdom techniques into daily business and family life.

Who Should Attend
This workshop is for project managers and others (e.g. PMO members, and managers of PM's etc) who want to cultivate the edge that will help them excel even in the face of challenges. This workshop is for people who seek performance excellence both personally and professionally.

What You Will Learn
In this one day workshop you will learn to:

  • Integrate the principle of balance into your work
  • Apply equanimity, analysis, intuition and flexibility to problem solving and conflict resolution by effectively channeling your passion
  • Apply a simple but profound technique integrated into daily activity to enhance concentration and cultivate calm, even in the midst of chaos
  • Work to overcome fear to better negotiate rational project plans.

Free Book
Registrants will receive a FREE COPY of George Pitagorsky’s book The Zen of Project Management: Working from Your Center to Balance Expectations and Performance
