What is an online conference?

IIL’s online conferences are designed to deliver the same benefits as in-person events (inspiring speakers, valuable takeaways, networking, and plenty of “aha” moments) without the high cost or time away from work. Enjoy a unique, interactive learning experience from the comfort and convenience of your home or office.

Can you walk me through the experience?

You will join the online conference via desktop, laptop, or mobile device. After logging in, you will enter the lobby area where you can easily access different spaces of the event:

  • KEYNOTES – Attend scheduled keynotes with live Q&A on opening day (sessions are archived)
  • VIDEOS – View on-demand video presentations
  • RESOURCES – Download collateral and informational documents
  • HELP CENTER – Receive support for any technical issues you have while interacting in the virtual event
  • LOUNGE – Communicate and network with attendees
  • EXHIBITORS – Visit the sponsors of the event
  • BADGES – Track the badges you’ve earned by completing certain activities

Will I still be able to participate if my company has a corporate firewall in place?

In most cases firewalls will not pose a problem. You should be able to participate in the entire event even if your company has a firewall in place. There is a port checker in the system check. This will allow you to see any potential issues. Run the System Check here.

When can I log in and how long will I have access?

The conference opens on Thursday, June 3, 2021. You will have access to the event through September 5, 2021.

How can I log in to the conference?

You can log in via your laptop or desktop computer, iOS, Android or Windows mobile device. Registrants will be able to log in via the event registration page, which will be shared here and via email closer to the event.

What are the two self-paced courses and how do I register for them?

The two self-paced courses included with this event will be announced soon.

You will be able to register for the courses on IIL’s website, free of charge, using a special promo code. This promo code will be available in the RESOURCES area of the event, along with step-by-step instructions for registering.

How many PDUS and SEUs can I earn?

The conference and online courses will provide up to 26 PMI PDUs and 26 Scrum Alliance SEUs. More details to come.

How much is individual registration? Do you offer group pricing or corporate options?

Individual registration is USD $169 through opening day, June 3. After that date, the price increases to USD $189.
