Denise Bailey Clark, D.M., SHRM-SCP is an innovative, proactive strategist and the Founder and CEO of Bailey Clark HR Consulting. Dr. Bailey Clark has coached executives on integrating Agile principles onto organizational development, change management, performance improvement, and transformation strategies. She has served in Executive Human Resources positions for several large associations, government contractors, and for profit organizations. Dr. Bailey Clark is the former Director, HR Standards for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She serves as an Expert Witness for law firms on human resources and discrimination cases. Dr. Bailey Clark earned a doctor of management (D.M.) degree from the University of Maryland University College, an M.A. in human resources development from Bowie State University, and a B.S. in business administration from Towson University.
