All course materials are included with the workshop: workbook and IIL exam where applicable.
Depending on the course and delivery method, you will either receive hard copy workbooks or access to an electronic download.
Yes. However, one attempt at gaining the certification is included in every IIL training workshop fee. You will only receive the official certification if you complete all steps to gain certification, including taking and passing the corresponding exam.
Yes, you will receive an IIL Certificate of Completion.
IIL administers the exams.
- For Traditional and Virtual Classroom workshops: You will automatically be set up for testing after the course.
- For Onsite Courses: The trainer will give you a pre-registration link to sign up to take the exam.
- For On-Demand/Self-Study workshops: If you are doing a self-study, you will need to send an email to [email protected] when you are ready to take the exam. It will take 24-48 hours to receive your exam information.
Once you receive the exam information, you have 30 days to take the exam.
Contact [email protected] directly BEFORE the voucher expires to pay an extension fee. Extensions will not be granted after the expiration date.
Your score will be given to you automatically at the end of the exam.

Yes. There is a $95.00 (USD) fee to retake an exam.
- If you are enrolled in a Microsoft Project course, you will receive a CEU letter.
- If you have participated in an IIL Virtual Classroom course, you will receive a certificate of completion or CEU letter within 7 business days.
- If you are taking an on-demand course, you will be able to request your certificate directly through the course materials in most courses. If you need a copy of your On Demand certificate, you can email [email protected]
