What is a P3O and why do we need them?  This is a question that has been debated by many businesses that see this project role as an ‘unnecessary expense or luxury’.  However, with project management now having a greater involvement with business change and recovery, the need for this valuable asset within the project community has never been as important as it is today.

Within this one hour webinar, we will look at the role of the support office for all three levels – portfolio, programme and project – and how their involvement and guidance helps not only the delivery of change initiatives but also supports and guides the business to greater success.

The second part of the webinar will then offer advice to the delegates on how to evaluate their current P3O and reset it, or how to establish a new P3O for long-term sustainable business success.

About the Facilitator: Mark Reeson

Mark Reeson is an International Strategic Project Management Advisor. He is a project manager of over thirty years who is currently developing PMOs and Disaster Management policies in the Middle East with a focus around sustainability management. Previously from an armed forces background, Mark served 24 years in the Royal Air Force. As a project professional he has worked within the defense, nuclear, local and national government and hospitality, whilst also assisting with the IOC in the Youth Olympic Games.
