IPM DAY SHORT STORIES: YANKEE STADIUM FOREVER

ABSTRACT:

Projects exist everywhere in the world of business as well as in our personal lives. They come in all kinds of shapes and sizes but even when we’re unaware, we are managing a series of processes like scope, time, cost, quality, human resources communication risk and procurement. In 1973 photographer Ross Lewis, embarked on a two-year personal project, to document the transformation of Yankee Stadium an iconic landmark in America’s pastime from the old to the new. What makes this project unusual? Mr. Lewis did his project covertly.
