Wale Elegbede is a leadership and motivational speaker and Director of Strategy Management Services (Innovate Delivery Team) at Mayo Clinic’s Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology where he oversees the development and execution of the strategic roadmap, business project portfolio, project and program management, business analysis activities, business architecture, communication and change management, process management, and other activities needed to ensure the successful delivery of the department’s strategy.

Wale is a Distinguished Alumni Recipient of University of Wisconsin La Crosse, Olmsted Human Rights Commissioner, and instructor of graduate project management for Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He is a board member of the PMI La Crosse – Rochester Chapter where he serves as President. Wale holds a B.S. in Information Systems, M.B.A. with Ethical/Servant Leadership Emphasis, and Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM), and ITIL credentials.
