About the Presentation

In many organizations, KPIs and OKRs are collected but rarely transformed into real strategic insight. Modern PMOs can change this by acting as decision engines that convert performance data into organizational intelligence. This session explores how PMOs use KPI and OKR frameworks to create transparency, prioritize initiatives, and guide leadership decisions. Participants will learn how structured metrics, governance, and analytical thinking enable PMOs to move beyond reporting and become active drivers of strategy execution. The presentation shares practical lessons and real-world perspectives on how PMOs can help organizations make faster, smarter, and more aligned decisions in complex environments.
