AI-Powered PMP Prep: Changing How We Learn

Max Langosco

Sr. Consultant
IIL

About the Presentation

Imagine preparing for a tough exam, such as the PMP, and having a trainer on speed dial.

IIL is launching the very first AI-powered PMP exam simulator. A tool which promises to support PMP candidates more effectively than past tools have.

However, this is just the beginning. Launching this new tool is simply the first step for IIL along a path which promises to be a revolution in adult learning. The goal? Tailor made learning: to the individual’s needs and focused on business objectives.

This presentation will give you an overview of the new tool, and how it fits into a broader picture of AI supporting humans in continuous learning and development.

Not only will this impact the way we learn, but also the way we train. Trainers will also need to adapt to a new world of abundant learning opportunities, in which the trainer and coach skills will be even more critical than today… but in which proactive adaptation will be the rule of the game.

Key Takeaways

  • Why you need to be using AI-powered tools
  • Where this important change might be taking our learning opportunities
  • How we should all rethink our approach to learning
