About the Presentation

As organizations increasingly adopt AI agents, project managers are transitioning from delivering traditional software systems to orchestrating intelligent, adaptive systems that evolve. Unlike traditional, predictable systems, AI agents introduce uncertainty, shifting requirements, and continuous learning—fundamentally changing how projects are planned, executed, and governed.

By combining structured project management approaches with an understanding of AI system behavior, attendees will learn how to successfully deliver AI agent initiatives in real-world environments where adaptability, iteration, and continuous improvement are essential to success.

Key Takeaways:

  • Understand how to manage the full lifecycle of AI agents—from initial design through development and deployment.
  • Learn how to embed continuous refinement into your approach, making production-phase optimization a core requirement rather than a post-launch afterthought.
  • Discover how to lead with adaptive management in times of ambiguity, aligning cross-functional teams with shifting business goals.
