Wednesday, February 25, 2026

7:30 AM – 9:00 AM EST / 1:30 PM - 3:00 CET
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM EST / 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM CET

Few people have much, if any direct authority over their teams, their managers or stakeholders.  And yet everyone needs to obtain work, support, decisions, information and more from others.  Influencing is something we all do all the time, every day, every conversation where people need to reach an understanding about any variety of issues.  Most importantly, it is your ability to work “with and through” others whom you may have little direct control; to produce a positive change in decisions and actions without coercion or manipulation

Today, Leadership = Influence.  Influence grows out of intentions, behaviors and actions geared toward building trust, establishing credibility, and adding value.  To be effective in the world of complex fast moving organizations, you must build a new understanding of what influence really means, grow an awareness of how your current influencing patterns limit you, and learn a more powerful range of behaviors to increase your influence capacity.

Why Attend?

Every difficult or complicated situation in your work and personal life requires influencing understanding and agreement, no matter who might be right or wrong.  In this Webinar you will learn how influence really works, especially for you.  Making the best use of proven influencing behaviors for mutually beneficial relationships, you will integrate a powerful understanding of influence in situations where you have little authority, expand your personal and organization powers to extend your influence capacity and evaluate your personal influence behavioral biases—your preferred strategies, your powers and your too often unconscious influence patterns.  Basically, improve your performance in achieving best outcomes.

What You Will Learn

After this one-hour session, you will:

  • Understand what Influence really means in today’s complex workplace relationships
  • Increase your range of power and influence practices to adapt to a variety of situations
  • Examine your influencing biases, strengths and blind spots when engaging others and how it limits your performance
  • Grow your range of behaviors and practices to maximize your influence with trust, openness and connection
