IIL's Power Leadership Workshops
Ideas Don't Change Behavior.
Practice Does.
That’s the whole premise behind our Power Leadership Workshops. We skip the theory-heavy slides and teach leadership the way it’s actually built, through hands-on practice, direct coaching, and honest feedback.
Fall 2026 Cohort
Three Workshops. One Quarter. Real Behavior Change.
Each live online workshop runs as two three-hour sessions, followed by a 90-minute group coaching call one week later, so you have time to practice the new behaviors.
If you need buy-in, without leaning on authority. Learn the difference between persuasion and pressure, and how to build durable agreement instead of short-term compliance.

Your Coach
Tim Andrews
BSME, MBA, MS, Organizational Behaviorist
Tim has spent 21 years in the technical field, rising from Engineer to Vice President of Engineering, before turning that same rigor toward leadership development and coaching. That dual background is why his workshops read less like theory and more like field-tested practice. He’s sat in the seat his participants sit in now.
A credentialed Corporate Coach and registered Counselor, he blends coaching with therapeutic methods drawn from thousands of session hours in both corporate and personal settings, and has trained hundreds of new Corporate and Life Coaches along the way.
His workshops and programs have reached over 48,000 professionals across leading corporations and training organizations, spanning industries from manufacturing floors to executive suites.

Why Join?
Leadership Development Doesn't Look Like It Used To
The workplace changed faster than most leadership programs did. These three shifts are why IIL redesigned Power Leadership Workshops around behavior, not theory.
Today's Drivers in Leadership Development
Hybrid teams, compressed timelines, and rising expectations mean leaders need behaviors that hold up under real pressure, not theory that stays on the whiteboard.
Cultivating Social Leadership Behaviors
Influence, trust, and resilience are learned in practice, with feedback, the same way any other skill is built, not absorbed from a slide.
Changes in Design & Delivery Practices
Learning has to fit the way people actually work now: shorter sessions, flexible formats, and coaching that extends past the workshop room.
What Each Workshop Includes
Built for Practice, Not Just Presence
Each Power Leadership Workshop is designed around the same principle: people build new behaviors by doing them, getting feedback, and doing them again, not by sitting through a lecture once and hoping it sticks.
Experiential Learning
Led by expert, experienced organizational behaviorists, not generalist trainers.
Hands-On Practice
Proven behaviors and tools rehearsed live, not just described.
Coaching Support
A dedicated follow-up session to sustain what’s learned once the workshop ends.
Behavioral Assessments
Structured tools that raise self-awareness before behavior change can start.
Interactive Exercises
Real activities that put new behaviors under real pressure.
Flexible Delivery
These live online workshops are built around how your team works, to meet you anywhere in the world.
Key Takeaways
What Your Team Walks Away With
Each workshop is scoped around one behavioral outcome your team can put to use immediately, not a broad survey of leadership theory.
Influence Without Pressure
Leaders learn to persuade positively, building buy-in through integrity rather than authority or urgency.
Composure Under Conflict
Practical resilience tools for the difficult conversations and difficult people every manager eventually faces.
Coaching as a Daily Habit
Managers move from directing to developing, asking better questions instead of supplying every answer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we enroll a group from the same team?
Yes! Most cohorts include intact teams. Shared context tends to make the coaching call more useful, since participants can reference the same real situations.
What if we can't make the live workshop dates?
Contact IIL about upcoming cohorts or a private session scheduled around your team's calendar. Email us at [email protected] to start the conversation.
Is the coaching call required?
It's included with every workshop and strongly recommended — it's where the behaviors from the workshop get tested against real situations and adjusted.
Do the workshops connect to a broader curriculum?
Each stands alone, but the fall cohort is sequenced so influence, resilience, and coaching build on one another across the quarter.
Can we do just one workshop, not the whole cohort?
Yes! You can choose which leadership workshops you would like to participate in.
What's the cancellation/reschedule policy?
