Lucy is a facilitator, group coach, and qualified change consultant, and someone who knows firsthand what it means to really need support and find it.
After 15+ years inside some of the UK’s biggest corporate transformations, she realised what she was actually drawn to wasn’t the strategy. It was the people in the room who were silently struggling. So now she creates the space she once needed herself, close enough to understand the pressure, far enough to ask the questions no one inside can.
