About the Presentation

Karen will tell the story of the journey our business has taken where we once had a rigorous lean six in the culture and then through acquisition lost key elements. We’re now going back to the basics and through the work with IIL have created a six sigma program that is having remarkable results to our supply chain and our customers. In just a short amount of time we’ve already recognized $1.8 million in projected savings through the projects we have done. We anticipate that value to increase substantially.

Our employees are engaged, our supply chain is solving core process issues, and our customers are feeling the difference. Learn how this journey is impacting our growing business very focused on ecological transformation, and customer satisfaction.
