Red Chair Coaching & Leadership Academy
While having a good grasp of methodology and tools is critical to your success as a project manager, there is one thing that determines how well you use them. who you are. Our values, our presence, our energy, our courage to know ourselves and understand those we work with. These things differentiate a good project manager from a great one.
Join Shannon and explore the five-point CHAIR framework and how you can use it to be the best you can be. Because. . . who you are matters.
