Bio:
Rubin Jen has been in the project management field for over 25 years, spanning aerospace, engineering, telecom, software development, outsourcing, consulting and government sectors. Rubin has also extensive consulting experience in strategic and operational planning.
Rubin obtained his Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) designation in 2007 and has been helping organizations in their Agile transformational journey since 2014, as a subject matter expert and as an Agile coach.
Rubin has been a senior instructor with IIL for over 10 years, and is a key member of the Global Learning Solutions (GLS), helping to create new workshops or modernize IIL’s course curriculum.
Rubin graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and in addition to his CSM, has the PMP, Change Management Practitioner (APMG) as well as ITIL Foundations.
