All course materials are included with the workshop: workbook, manual and exam.
Depending on the course and the modality (Traditional, Virtual or On-Demand), you will either receive hard copy workbooks or access to an electronic download. The Manual is typically provided as a hard copy but electronic versions are available and can be used in open-book exams.
Yes. However, one attempt at the official certification exam is included in every APMG training workshop fee. You will only receive the official certification if you take and pass the corresponding exam.

Preliminary results will be available on the same day. Official results will be released directly to candidates within the APMG Candidate Portal 2-3 business days after being validated by APMG.
The results will display as a percentage of success per topic. There is no question-by-question analysis.
If you do not pass the first attempt, you can try again as soon as you like. Payment will be required in full prior to booking the exam. Please contact IIL for additional information regarding the resit process and fees.
Official certificates are released 1-2 business days after exam results have been validated.
