  • A previous PRINCE2 Practitioner pass
  • 4 – 6 hours of pre-course study using the pre-course preparation pack
  • Approximately 2 hours of preparation and consolidation each evening during the course will be required by those who wish to pass the exam

About the Program
This course covers the content of the PRINCE2 2009 Practitioner syllabus and prepares delegates to take the Re-registration exam on the last afternoon of the course.  All PRINCE2 Practitioners who gained their Practitioner certification since October 2000 are required to be re-registered within 3-5 years of gaining their original certification.

About the PRINCE2 Re-Registration Exam

  • 1-hour open book exam (manual only)
  • Objective Testing Exam (OTE) multiple-choice questions
  • 3 questions per paper with 12 marks available per question – all question items will be worth 1 mark, making the total number of marks available per paper 36
  • The pass mark is 55% – candidates need a total of 20/36 marks to pass the exam

This course is designed for all PRINCE2 Practitioners who have qualified since October 2000 and who now need to re-register in order to retain their Practitioner qualification.

  • PRINCE2 Practitioners who gained their Practitioner certification from October 2000 onwards and who are required to re-register within 3-5 years of their original certification
  • PRINCE2 Practitioners who gained their certification prior to October 2000, wishing to demonstrate their commitment to Continuing Professional Development
  • Delegates wanting to understand the differences between PRINCE2 2005 and PRINCE2 2009 editions
  • Project Managers who have been using PRINCE2 in their current role and now wish to re-sit the Practitioner qualification
